I am not sure if it's just me or it's a bug, the SWP glyph DOESN'T stack with 5/5 Twisted Faith.
So I'm rating this glyph as a useless one.

As of live right now, it does. Without SW:P on but full Weaving, my Mind Flay ticks for 608. With SW:P up it goes up to 730.

PvE

Major
Glyph of Shadow
Glyph of SW:P
Glyph of SW:D
Glyph of Mindflay

Minor
Glyph of Levitate
Glyph of Fading
Glyph of Shadowfiend

---------

PvP
Major
Glyph of Dispell Magic
Glyph of PW:S
Maybe Glyph of SW:P
Glyph of Inner Fire

Minor
Glyph of Fading
Glyph of Shadowfiend
Maybe Glyph of Fortitude

I´m not sure about the PvP glyphs now but I will start doing arena with these. Up to now Glyph of Shadow is not available to me because nobody got it on my server so far.
As a master of inscription I have four slots for major glyphs :P

Just got my hands on Glyph of Shadow (GoS) and, as it was already mentioned, it all is actually working together/stacking. Did a few tests. My spirit is 401 (can round it down to 400) and i have 1744 spellpower with Inner Fire.
An Mf crit brought my spellpower to 1744 (an effect from GoS - 10% spirit to spellpower)
An Mb crit brought my spellpower to 1752 (10% increased spirit via IST, which brings my spirit to 440, which brings my spellpower to 1708 via TF and i get 44 spellpower from GoS)
Killing a mob brought my spellpower to 1744 (800 spirit, TF). Killing a mob with a crit brought my spellpower to 1824 (additinoal 80 spellpower from GoS).

I've just tested again, the result was diappointing.

My test is as follows:
Firstly, I don't have the SWP glyph on, and I have 5/5 in TF.
Remove all triggerable trinkets.

1. Cast SWP on target
2. Remove my weaving buff
3. Cast MF

My MF ticks for 790-791 when not crit.

Then I put on the SWP glyph, with 5/5 in TF.
Repeat step 1-3 again, and I get the same MF damage, 790-791.

Did I do anything wrong?

Firstly, Glyph of Shadow and Glyph of Shadow Word: Pain are two different glyphs. I was testing Glyph of Shadow and i don't have time to test Glyph of SW:P atm, will do later in the evening, but result you got is....interesting.

Also, i can confirm that Glyph of Shadow Word: Pain is stacking with the second effect of TF. My MF kept hitting for 1044 without SW:P on target, 1148 with SW:P on target but no glyph and 1253 with SW:P on target and the SW:P glyph. Everything seems to work as intended.

Hmm..I guess there's bug with the glyph in my game. I am playing in the Taiwan servers.

Anyway I just reported the matter to GM, hopefully it will be solved soon, thanks ;)

Someone on my server discovered the Glyph of Shadow today, so yes - it's in game.
Gives a nice little buff for 10s every time you crit =)

I'm using this setup since it *seems* to be the most logical for now. I don't pvp much... done leveling. Mostly doing dailies and instances, so we'll see how this works out.

Majors
Glyph of Shadow
Glyph of Shadow Word: Pain
Glyph of Shadow Word: Death

Minors
Glyph of Levitate
Glyph of Shadowfiend
Glyph of Fading

Whoever said Levitate was useless is out of their mind. So many places in Northrend where it's faster to just fall, haha. And I'm sure most of us remember how much of a pain it could be to keep Light Feathers stocked. Now they seem to drop by the bunches but still - why waste the bagspace?

The minors for shackle and fading were of equal "eh" value to me. I figure I'll use fade more though. Shadowfiend glyph is awesome... it doesn't take long to get in the hang of using your Shadowfiend every CD without the fear of it dying and being wasted.

Glyph of Shadow is kinda neat because I had some offspec "healing" gear (T5-T6 level stuff) with lots of spirit on it. I tested on a dummy and had pretty decent dps considering all my hit/crit from DPS gear was gone. At first I was iffy, but this spirit stacking business could be pretty sweet in the long run.

I can also confirm glyphs of pain doesnt increase mindflay damage. before and after, mindflay still tick the same.

I removed the mind flay glyph last week and I do not miss it. I didn't realize how much I had centered my grinding style around the snare effect. Once I hit 80 I may use the third major to put it back in, but in all I really do like the snare effect.

I personally loved the snare when i was leveling thus i had the SWP and PWS glyphs on the grind to 80

Though i did find myself just tab-dotting alot more than using MB or MF (because everything died to a VT/SWP
